PU Resin Comfort Floors

PU Resin Comfort Flooring is a selection of self-smoothing floor systems developed to be comfortable underfoot, seamless and free of joints and grout lines.

By their nature, Polyurethane Resin Comfort Floors are elastic and flexible floor finishes designed to be soft and comfortable underfoot, extremely easy to clean and hypoallergenic due to their completely smooth and continuous finish.

Resin and seamless floors are becoming a popular choice in the domestic markets in addition to commercial and retail spaces due to their open plan and stylish appearance, which are available in an extensive range of RAL and NCS colours.

Resin comfort floors also offer unique noise-reducing properties, which can be increased up to >21Db using our acoustic crumb base and are compatible with various underfloor heating systems.

Subfloor Quality and Preparation

As with any resin flooring system, it is essential to ensure that the substrate is of good quality and without any defects to BS EN 8204-1.
Any underfloor heating is fully commissioned in advance of the installation following the BS EN 1264 Part 4 and BS 8204 Part 1 guidelines where applicable.
A typical application of the above systems would be between 4-6 days, depending on project size, complexity and colour, resulting in a beautiful and seamless floor finish.
