We are extremely very proud to have been associated with this amazing project and creation of this ultimate man-cave / social space where our seamless resin flooring was chosen.
As chosen contractors, we worked closely with Ernest Park in the preparation and lower basement area floor of which was a previously installed Calcium Sulphate (Anhydrite) screed.
The floor areas required the initial removal of surface laitance left by the Calcium Sulphate screeds to allow for the application of epoxy primer and smoothing screeds to allow the increase of floor heights up to the required floor finish levels.
Once complete the seamless poured resin floor finishes were able to follow. Attention to detail were absolutely paramount, which has resulted in an exceptional finish indicative of our workmanship.
