This terraced house was situated in East London in a quiet residential road. The house was being extended and the client wanted to maximise the space for they young family. A seamless concrete floor will always make areas flow and visually more spacious.

Sand and cement screed.
Epoxy prime and scatter aggregate.
Ardex pandomo polished concrete floor.
Two polythene sealers.

The concrete floor really created a quirky kitchen living space with a modern refresh for a young busy family to enjoy, day in day out.
