With multiple substates which included both timber and screed, this particular project required some extensive attention to detail to ensure that the areas were seamless upon completion. It was required that the final floor finish was to be minimalist, mono in colour and in keeping with the prestigious settings, interior designs and property aesthetics.

The installation areas included the kitchen and main areas of living space spanning approximately 150m2 in total and included the following:

• Preparing the flooring substrate.
• Installation of a 5mm ecoflex rubber crumb base.
• Application of poured resin comfort flooring to complete area.

The final results were nothing less that stunning. This stylish resin floor seamlessly enhances the beauty of its surrounding resulting in a beautiful and modern living environment.
